My father really humiliated my mother and that made her change to a very vicious woman. He had lost his job because of new management, and had gotten so depressed in that he became practically a couch potato. He started coming home late and lying to my mother all the time. There is this one time I came home and I found many people at our yard. My mother was humiliated because the whole neighbourhood saw what had happened. She filed for divorce and she even threatened to deny him fathers access rights. I got some great gifts on my 23rd birthday, which was a huge improvement on my 22nd, including a Graf von Faber-Castell ballpoint pen - somebody remembered how much I love to write - my diary is my "offline blog"!
My 22nd birthday was pretty bad actually because my boyfriend didn't have all that much money at the time and didn't realize that something small would be better than nothing at all. He had been afraid I wouldn't be pleased if he didn't go all out, but I'm not really like that. I'm happy with any little gesture that shows people care about me. It hurt my feelings that I got none of those gestures at all for my birthday that year. He learned his lesson after how upset I was though, and he made 23 a wonderful birthday for me. He got me a beautiful necklace that I cherish and wear all the time. The charm on it is a key with a heart-shaped top. It also has a small diamond. It symbolizes the key to his heart, which I think is very sweet. That is now my favorite piece of jewelry. He also got me my favorite chocolates, and who can say know to candy? They were truffles, which I absolutely love and can never get enough of. I love their richness and creaminess. If I could eat any candy, those would definitely always be my choice. The third gift I got was a few CDs, and I loved that too because I am a huge music lover and collector. It's great that my boyfriend knows so much about my likes and interests and finds gifts that fit in with them. I was so pleased with all of the gifts, and it was one of the best birthdays I've had in years. |

I was called by the school principle and he told me that I would miss a chance to get in the university that I had chosen because I was not involved in any extra curricular activities. He told me that even if I had good grades, they had to be sure that I was an all round student. Since the principle who happened to be my uncle wanted me to go to that university, he told me that I am the one who would take care of the graduation party plans. I thought that would be easy but I was wrong. I had to sit with a committee of students and together we were supposed to come up with a theme for the party. They choose the theme of the nineties and they told me that the only place that I would get all the props needed to decorate the party was ebay. So I created an ebay account and when I could not get what it is I wanted I looked for live help with ebay. At first it was hard to get them to understand what it is that I needed and after an active chat, they understood what I wanted and directed me to the right place to look for my party props. |

The most important thing that a family can ever have is peace and unity. When parents are fighting, children are people who are affected and they get to suffer for what is happening between their parents. Some parents when they have step parents for their children, they treat them bad. I met a child whom a father kept on punishing him and giving him brutal beatings to him. His body had wounds all over because of the actions of a father. He was asking how can i divorce my parents. You can possibly do this through the court. Divorce and separation of married couple is in the rise and in most cases the children get affected in the process too. The parents usually do not notice what their divorce is doing to their children and do not mistake this for them being selfish, all they are doing is just looking out for themselves. Children usually wonder who is the parent they should listen to more, and they love both their parents. Due to this they would want to have both parents have equal say in their lives but this is usually not the case because when one parents gets the rights to actually raise the child then that makes him or her the resident parent. You will find that in such a case there is an existence of resident parent rights. These parents are the sole parents of the children and they get to spend a lot of time with the children compared to the other parent who is non residential. As much as they have rights to raise the children they are not allowed to deny the other parent to see their children. |

I know this is something that most kids does not want to see as their parents to separate and divorce but it happens all the time. It makes you wonder what separated parents rights are but only the parents and their lawyer's will really know who has which rights. In my opinion I think the parents should have equal rights of their children so that children can live a more normal life and not be pulled between each other. Even the parents themselves can be friends even though they can't live together they can be sociable with each other for the children's sake. I don't think either parent should have all the rights but I think that they should be equal so that children will not be suffered the loss of one parent. When the parents decide to separate they should get an agreement made up by Family Court lawyer and also think that children should be involved to help make up this agreement as to how they feel, children are the ones that get hurt the most during separations and divorce. |

Scams are everywhere on these internet these days, It could either be credit card scams or even Gold scams. The most alarming is the gold scams and how people still fall for it daily, it&rsquos like they are not moved by the fact that others are been ripped of their money by the same method. People who still sell their gold online now are not gullible , but extremely willing to path away with their money at least that is what I think. Even these scammers will go to any length to get as little as 1 dollar. Recently my son got ripped of his one dollar on an ebay sd card scam. As little as that can make people scam others, this is very alarming, I begin to wonder if it is poverty that pushes them to it or just the flare for stealing no matter how much it is. Thank goodness that people are getting wiser this days and are really hard to scam, me as a person I have never fallen for an online scam and I really don&rsquot think I want to be a victim too. |
